Dorset Employment Connect (DEC) is part of the Tasmanian Government’s Jobs Tasmania network of Regional Jobs Hubs. Established in 2023, DEC help more people into work and businesses to thrive. Jobs Tasmania engaged Fae Robinson Futures and Stenning and Associates to conduct a thorough analysis of the Dorset region in relation to work, employment, education and training. The extensive review took many weeks to complete and the consultants conducted interviews, workshops and meetings with locals from a broad cross section of the Dorset community.
